Agreement to these terms

By accessing TrustCard or applying for a virtual card, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Card services are made available through third-party regulated issuers and payment partners. Additional issuer or network terms may apply to your card.

TrustCard virtual cards are prepaid products, not credit cards. You may only spend funds available to you and within the limits that apply to your card.

The service

TrustCard helps eligible users create and manage prepaid crypto-linked virtual cards. Availability, features, supported payment methods and transaction limits can vary by location, card programme and partner requirements.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational or partner reasons.

Eligibility and account information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must meet the eligibility criteria presented during the application process and comply with the laws that apply to you.

We or our partners may request information or documentation to verify your identity, assess risk, prevent fraud or comply with law. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to offer or continue the service.

Using your card

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for reviewing your card activity. You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activity, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Transactions may be declined, reversed, delayed or reviewed where required by payment networks, issuers, partners, law, sanctions screening or security controls.

Fees and conversions

Any applicable activation fee, transaction fee, exchange rate or other charge will be shown to you before you confirm a transaction where required. Digital-asset values may fluctuate, and conversions are performed at the rate available when a transaction is processed.

Card transactions, refunds and reversals may take time to settle. Available balances and limits shown in the service may change as transactions are authorised, completed, reversed or disputed.

Changes, suspension and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
